Pattern Queries
For any pattern queries view the Technical Advice section in the Row@n Members area.  Here you will find a list of; in store Design Consultants who can help with a pattern face to face, email form for Designer Support, and a link to the Technical Advice forum – where you can post a question to be replied to by your fellow knitters.

How can I purchase Rowan products?
We don't sell our products directly to the public however, you can find details of your local stockist / Internet stockist details here

Yarn Substitutions?
Discontinued yarn is followed by current equivalents. Yarns are only compatible if correct tension is achieved. Needle sizes may need to be changed in certain cases. Length of yarns must be checked to calculate amounts required.  We have put together a chart of replacement yarns – click here to download.

How do I find the prices for yarns?
To obtain prices for your local market, please contact a stockist within your country. Stockist details are available here

How do I register for Row@n – Online Members Club?
Online only: use the 'Register' icon in the top right corner of each page to access the Row@n registration form.  This will enable you to register your details and set up a User Id and Password.

Why do I need to register online?
You need to register online to use the Row@n Members area.  These facilities are User and password controlled to provide a more efficient service and member exclusive areas.   You can also register to Rowan Subscription online.  Click here for more information on our clubs.

How do I find out my Row@n Membership Number?
When you first joined Row@n or Rowan International you were allocated a membership number. This will appear on your membership welcome letter. If you cannot remember your number please email mail@knitrowan.com, or telephone +44 (0)1484 681881 between 9.00am and 5.00pm (GMT).

How do I register for Rowan Subscription – Paid Subscription Club?
Online: use the 'Rowan Subscription' tab in the top menu bar, and follow the instructions to access the Rowan Subscription registration form.  This will enable you to register your details and set up your account (or for someone else as gift membership.

Which two Magazines will I get with my Subscription?
If you are a member of the Rowan Subscription club, you will receive the latest Magazine and also the following season’s Magazine, when it becomes available.  As a Rowan Subscription Member you also have the option to purchase back issues of the Magazine.  To purchase back issues call our helpline on +44 (0)1484 681881 between 9.00am and 5.00pm (GMT).

How do I order a Gift Membership?
You need to register your details to purchase a Gift Membership. See ‘How do I register’ above.  Alternatively you can our helpline on +44 (0)1484 681881 between 9.00am and 5.00pm (GMT).

Memberships usually take 3-5 days to process.

How do I handwash a garment?
Hand wash in soapflakes; do not soak; cool rinse; do not wring but gently squeeze out the excess water; reshape and dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight
