Unfortunately, the following magazines and books are now out of print-

Rowan Knitting Magazines 1 to 19, 21 to 30, 33, 34, Kaffe's Colour Book, Rowan Fox Tweed Book, The Tweed Collection, Pipsqueaks, Rowan Junior, Rowan Babies.

It may be possible to source these books through your local stockist or possibly on Ebay, the auction web site.

How do I find the prices for yarns?

Why do I need to register on line?
You need to register on line to use the Knitrowan.com shopping facilities and the Rowan International Members Knitting Circle.These facilities are User and password controlled to provide a more efficient service and member exclusive areas.

How do I register?
Use the 'Please Log In' icon at the top of each page to access the Registration form. This will enable you to register your details and set up a User Id and password. If you are already a member of Rowan International you can use the one step registration facility by entering your membership number and surname to bring up your details.

What is "Carriage?"
Carriage is the term that we use for Postage. Postal charges are added as follows -

How do I find out my Rowan International Membership Number?
When you first joined Rowan International you were allocated a membership number. This will appear on your membership welcome letter. If you cannot remember your number please email rowaninternational@knitrowan.com, or telephone +44 (0)1484 681881 between 9.00am and 5.00pm (GMT).

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders for the UK are usually despatched within 7-10 working days. Overseas orders are despatched via Air Mail and depending on country destination can take up to 14 working days.

How do I handwash a garment?
Hand wash in soapflakes; do not soak; cool rinse; do not wring but gently squeeze out the excess water; reshape and dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight

The current magazines are Magazine 43 Spring/Summer 2008 and Magazine 44 Autumn/Winter 2008  .

How do I order a Gift Membership ?
You need to register your details to purchase a Gift Membership. Choose from the UK, Europe, ROW or USA categories and add to your basket. Add the recipient’s details in the “deliver to” address and any message/special instructions in the relevant section. Memberships usually take 3-5 days to process.
