Hi - I have taken up knitting again after 20 odd years and whilst I have the knitting bug again, I am having difficulty understanding this pattern.  Have completed the Back piece and now started on the Left Front piece. For Left Front piece - Cont in pattern until 6 rows less have been worked than on back to beg of raglan armhole shaping. To shape Front Slope, dec 1 st at end of next and following 2 alt rows. To shape raglan armhole, cast off 3 sts at beg and dec 1 st at end next row. Work one row.  Then, to work all raglan armhole decreases as set by back, dec 1 st at raglan armhole edge of next 13 rows, then on following 22 alt rows and at the same time dec 1 st at front slope edge of next and following 13 alt rows, then on 7 following 4th rows, 2 sts.

I thought this meant the following but obviously I am wrong as I end up with 9 rows shorter than the back piece!

Back piece - 80 rows worked to shaping raglan armhole at row 81.  Finished back piece at row 148. Cast off rem sts.

To shape Front Slope - dec 1 st at rows 75,77,79.  Work one row - 80.  (62 stitches)

To shape raglan armhole

Row 81 - cast off 3 sts at beg and dec 1 at the end of the row.  Work one row - 82. (58 stitches).

Rows 83,84,85,86,87,88,89,90,91,92,93,94,95 - dec 1 st. Then from 97, 99, 101 to row 139, dec 1 st on alt rows. (23 stitches rem).

At same time shape Front Slope - dec 1 st at row 83 and next 13 alt rows - 85- 109. (9 stitches rem).  Then dec 1 on 7 following 4th rows starting at row 113, 117, 121,125,129,133,137. (2 stitches rem).

My problem is I finish shaping the armhole edge at row 139 which means I am 9 rows shorter than the back piece at 148 rows.  Please help!
