Orders are placed and processed as follows:

• The Website displays a series of simple instructions which guide you through the ordering process, ending with the “checkout” process. You place your order with us by pressing the “confirm order” button at the end of the checkout process.
• We will then send you an order acknowledgement email identifying the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by us.
• When your product is despatched to you we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
• Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us takes place only on the despatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (see Returns Policy below).

Rowan make every effort to ensure that the availability indications appearing on the Website are up-to-date and accurate but we do not guarantee their correctness nor will we accept any liability for late delivery or non-availability of any product.

In addition we strive to fulfil orders you place as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, any stated delivery times and/or dates are approximate and we cannot guarantee to deliver within any specific time period.

All orders for North America/Canada are sent directly to Westminster Fibers who will process the order and dispatch via the US warehouse. Should you have query regarding your order please contact the Westminster Fibers office on 603 886 5041

Please note that orders from USA will be charged at USD selling prices.

If you receive one of our products as a gift or if following your purchase of a product you decide you do not want it you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery to the stated delivery address for a full refund (or, if you prefer, an exchange for a product of the same value), as long as the packaging is unopened.

Where the packaging has been opened but you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund provided you let us know you intend to return the item within seven days of the date the product was delivered to the stated delivery address. See below for the return address.

Any product which proves faulty within the manufacturer's guarantee period will be repaired at no cost to you or will be replaced.

UK Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your contract to purchase any items you may order within seven working days of the date the product was delivered to the stated delivery address. If you wish to exercise this right you must notify us by contacting the knitrowan Web team on 01484 681881 or alternatively email us at mail@knitrowan.com within the seven working day period and then promptly return the goods to us at your own cost. If you fail to return any goods for which we have refunded your payment, or if you return goods at our expense, we may charge you with the cost of the goods covered by the refund or the cost of the return, whichever is applicable.
